As Managing Director of PYTMI, Sophia oversees strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement to ensure barrier-free, high-quality theatre education for young artists across Southeast Michigan.

Sophia served as the marketing lead for Violet, developing and executing a comprehensive campaign that elevated the production’s visibility, community impact, and partnership with myFace.

As Marketing Lead for The Prom, Sophia developed a dynamic promotional campaign and created a Queer Prom community engagement event that celebrated LGBTQ+ joy, visibility, and belonging.

As Marketing Lead for Into the Woods, Sophia developed a strategic promotional campaign and built a community partnership with the Ruth Ellis Center to uplift LGBTQ+ youth and expand audience engagement.

As the dramaturg for Sense and Sensibility, Sophia provided historical, literary, and thematic research to support the artistic team in shaping a vibrant, period-rooted adaptation of Austen’s classic.

As director and producer of the independently produced 35MM: A Musical Exhibition, Sophia led the artistic vision and full production process for a multimedia, photography-inspired musical, overseeing concept development, casting, design integration, marketing, and audience engagement to create an immersive, visually driven storytelling experience.

As director of the world premiere of Exes, Sophia shaped the production from its earliest developmental stages through final performance, guiding the creative team and cast in building the show’s tone, pacing, and emotional landscape. She collaborated closely with the playwright to refine storytelling, deepen character arcs, and bring this new work to life with clarity, nuance, and a strong ensemble-driven process.

As the dramaturg for Macbeth, Sophia provided research and textual analysis that shaped the production while creating an award-winning actor packet and an interactive lobby display that deepened both artistic and audience engagement.
